Microdosing MUSHROOMS

Microdosing is the practice of taking very small amounts of Psilocybin - typically 1/10 to 1/20 the amount that would be taken for recreational use. Unlike recreational dosages of 1-3 grams, which can have psychedelic effects, a microdose is 100-250mg, taken in regular daily intervals ranging from 2-4 times per week. Often described as “sub-perceptual”, this dosage does not cause a high or have any recreational or psychedelic effect.

Common effects of microdosing include higher levels of creativity, more energy, increased focus, improved mood, and elevated perception. Microdosing is also used as an alternative treatment for depression, anxiety, and PTSD with many preferring the all-natural approach over pharmaceuticals. Studies have shown medicinal mushrooms to have no addictive properties, or potential for chemical dependency.
